Paying in your Celebration Lunch funds

Thank you so much for hosting a Celebration Lunch to help ensure that each and every person affected by cardiomyopathy is able to live a long and fulfilling life. With your support we can save lives. 

There are four ways you can pay in your funds. This information can also be downloaded from our resources section.
 

1. Online

Please complete our secure donation form - making sure to put 'Celebration Lunch' in the relevant field.

2. By post

Please make cheques payable to 'Cardiomyopathy UK' and send them to the address below, along with your paying in slip.

3. By phone

Please call us on 01494 791224 to pay with a credit or a debit card. Please quote 'Celebration Lunch'. We are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

4. Bank transfer

You can make a payment directly into our bank account, either online or at your local bank.  Please make sure to give your name as a reference followed by 'Celebration Lunch' (or 'Lunch' if space is limited), and please contact us by email to let us know that you’ve made a payment.
