The Cardiff Half Marathon is recognised as one of the fastest half marathon events. The predominately flat and fast course makes it ideal for beginners and elites and is the UK's second largest half marathon. Attracting more than 27,000 runners and 50,000 spectators to the city in 2019. 

The race starts outside Cardiff Castle and down past Cardiff City Stadium on the way to Penarth. You will be taken passed glorious Penarth Marina,  Cardiff Bay and Wales Millennium Centre. Finally you will do a loop of the beautiful Roath Park Lake before heading back to the city centre to finish.
