A support group for families affected by cardiomyopathy in Cheshire and Merseyside. 

The group is run by university student Jenny Taylor (far left), who was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy as a baby, and her mum Julie (to Jenny's right). They are pictured celebrating the group's fourth birthday with volunteer Bill Bartholomew and former Support Nurse Robert Hall - complete with cake!

They have set the support group up so people, their partners and their families can meet others of all ages who are affected by the condition and share their experiences.

Meetings are held in Ellesmere Port and Liverpool, and the group also has its own Facebook group.
